Virtual Team Training has evolved over the last two year. We pride ourselves on the community that we have created amongst our clients, even virtually. If you are looking for a supportive team environment, log on and train with us.

The bonus of virtual training is that we mute all of our participants so you can sing as loud as you like to all the throwback music we play during our sessions. 

We design each session to give you a great workout, while offering regressions and progressions as needed to ensure you always have a great training session. If you are getting back into training or have been training for awhile, we got you. We will help you to get moving and stay moving. 

We highly recommend that you are injury free and/or have worked 1:1 with DC Fit 10 before attending our Team Training sessions.

Training Session ​Schedule

Schedule Appointment

Tuesday at 7am

Tuesday's have a strength training focus. We will mix in cardio and ploys but get ready to lift heavier on Tuesdays. We will focus on push, pull, plank, and power moves. 

We recommend multiple weight options for these sessions, a mat, and some water.
 

Thursday at 7am

Thursdays have a higher cardio focus so you will be moving around more. We move quickly between sets. We will focus on primal, planes, and plyo moves to get your heart rate up.

We recommend light to medium weights, a mat, and some water.

How our Monthly Memberships work (auto billing)

Please note that this is a monthly recurring fee. Important items to know:
  • ​You will be billed monthly on the date when you first sign up. If you sign up on the 15th, you will be billed monthly on the 15th.
  • Unused sessions will not be rolled over to the next month.
  • If you need to purchase additional sessions before your billing date reoccurs, you can do so at your individual price point. Let us know and we will send you a payment link.
  • To cancel your month to month membership, please email train@dcfit10.com any time before your billing date.​
