We offer virtual options for our clients who cannot make it into our studio to train. Our job is to give you tools to help design your best self. We will hold you accountable for your fitness routine through email and texts plus one monthly sit down virtual session. We will make a plan at the beginning and hold you accountable to reaching your goals.
Our Empower Yourself program is open to anyone, you do not have to be a current member of DC Fit 10. The program is set up for people who are serious about making a life change overhaul. Our commitment for this program is minimum six months. There are two payment options, you can choose to pay month to month or all at once.
Our program is specifically designed to focus on your physical and mental health by incorporating positive habits into your everyday life that you can sustain once you graduate from our program. You will get an initial 30 minute video conference call with Coach Cordova. You will also have daily text support.
Our Empower Yourself program is not an easy task, the tasks are easy, but doing them is hard. We only want you to do this if you can commit to this for six months.
