At DC Fit 10, we believe that everyone should laugh more, move more, and play more. Every day and every session we focus on providing a fun and challenging training environment that empowers you to use your body and mind at its ultimate strength. We have a fun, laid back, approach to training but we will still challenge you and encourage you to give your all every time we meet. Everything we do has a specific reason and we will educate you on why we do things, teach you about your body mechanics, guide you to learn new ways to move, and make sure you learn something new every session. Sometimes working out is more fun when you have someone to join you. Choose a time that works for you and a friend and we will design a program that works for the both of you.
Work at your own pace while laughing and moving with up to 5 other people as you work through HIIT, Speed Work, Power Play, and more. We offer both outside and inside options. Offered May - September only.
