60 Days Of YOU Challenge: Sept 1 - Oct 30, 2020
60 Days of Focusing on YOU, on your health, on your fitness, on your movement.
This challenge is designed to get you moving every day over 60 days. It is designed to get you to put you first and focus on yourself for at least 60 minutes every day.
There are five daily categories we will be focusing on and one BIG overall goal that you pick for yourself.
Categories are:
1) 60 minutes of movement
2) 60 days of hydration
3) 60 days of 100 MEPs or closing your activity ring on your apple watch. If you don't have either devices, contact us and we will figure out a separate way to track your progress.
4) 60 Reps daily challenge
5) 60 Days of one mile walk or run
Plus the 60 day BIG @*$ Goal that you get to choose. Email us and let us know what your goal is so we can keep you accountable through the 60 days.
