SCHEDULE YOUR MEET AND GREET BLUE PRINT FOR SUCCESS
We start all of our clients off with our "Blue Print for Success" meet and greet/goal setting session to create a roadmap for your success. It gives you a chance to ask questions about DC Fit 10's approach and helps us to create the best program for you. We call these our "coffee shop talks" where we discuss your fitness history, your goals, your concerns, what you expect to get from training, and begin the planning for your new health and fitness lifestyle.

We want to make sure you know our costs up front. All of the costs are for our Virtual Coaching offerings. We are currently not offering in person sessions. Please note for Private Small Group Sessions we require a minimum of 6 people.
