snap your HR monitor into your belt AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WORKOUT. once you hear the beep you are good to go. IF you do not hear the beep try putting some water on the black parts of your strap. Try again.
remove the HR monitor from the belt AT THE END OF YOUR WORKOUT,
If your workout is not automatically uploaded in your app, put the monitor back on and it will upload the data after the beep.
You can track your progress on either your smart phone or computer.
You can also use the app on your smartphone (recomended)
HELPFUL TIPS: 1. REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE HR MONITOR FROM THE BELT WHEN NOT USING TO MAKE SURE THE CHARGE LASTS LONGER
2. REMEMBER TO CHARGE THE HR MONITOR TO ENSURE YOUR WORKOUTS ARE TRACKED
3. WHEN PUTTING THE HR MONITOR ON, MAKE SURE IT BEEPS BEFORE YOU BEGIN WORKING OUT. IF IT DOESN'T BEEP, AND IT IS CHARGED, REMOVE THE BELT AND MOISTEN THE BLACK DOTS ON THE STRAP.
4. KEEP YOUR HR MONITOR AND STRAP IN THE SAME PLACE WHEN NOT USING THEM SO YOU DO NOT LOSE IT. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO GET A COIN PURSE AND CARRY IT IN THERE AND KEEP IT IN YOUR GYM BAG SO YOU DO NOT FORGET IT FOR YOUR WORKOUTS.
5. REMEMBER TO DRINK A GALLON OF WATER EACH DAY (NOT RELATED TO HR MONITOR BUT GOOD LIFE ADVICE).
