Tuesday at 7am |
Tuesday's have a strength training focus. We will mix in cardio and ploys but get ready to lift heavier on Tuesdays. We will focus on pushing, pulling, and power moves.
We recommend multiple weight options for these sessions, a mat, and some water. |
Thursday at 7am |
Thursdays have a higher cardio focus so you will be moving around more. We move quickly between sets. We will focus on primal, planes, and plyo moves to get your heart rate up.
We recommend light to medium weights, a mat, and some water. |
