Virtual Team Training has evolved over the last few years. We pride ourselves on the community that we have created amongst our clients, even virtually. If you are looking for a supportive team environment, log on and train with us.

The bonus of virtual training is that we mute all of our participants so you can sing as loud as you like to all the throwback music we play during our sessions. 

We design each session to give you a great workout, while offering regressions and progressions as needed to ensure you always have a great training session. If you are getting back into training or have been training for awhile, we got you. We will help you to get moving and stay moving. 

We highly recommend that you are injury free and/or have worked 1:1 with DC Fit 10 before attending our Team Training sessions.

Single Session $25

$185 Monthly Auto Renewal

How our monthly bulk purchases work

Each month you can choose to purchase 8 or 9 sessions (depends on how many Tuesday/Thursdays there are in the month) at a discounted price compared to the single session rate. 

This is not auto renewal so you can decide to do a full pack or do single sessions based on your schedule for that month.

​The details: 
  • ​At the beginning of the month you can choose to purchase the bulk monthly package option or single sessions
  • 9 session months are $195 and 8 session months are $175
  • The pricing will be updated in Acuity and you can decide which option you want when you sign up for the first class of the month
  • Unused sessions will not be rolled over to the next month and can only be used in the month they are purchased
  • For those wondering which months have 9 and which months have 8 sessions, here's the breakdown:​
 All sessions must be used within the month they are purchased for, sessions do not roll over to the following month: ​

  • Now we know change is hard so if you prefer the auto renewal option you can split the difference and sign up for $185 per month and won't have to pay attention to it being an 8 or 9 month training cycle  ​

Training Session ​Schedule

Tuesday at 7am

Tuesday's have a strength training focus. We will mix in cardio and ploys but get ready to lift heavier on Tuesdays. We will focus on pushing, pulling, and power moves. 

We recommend multiple weight options for these sessions, a mat, and some water.
 

Thursday at 7am

Thursdays have a higher cardio focus so you will be moving around more. We move quickly between sets. We will focus on primal, planes, and plyo moves to get your heart rate up.

We recommend light to medium weights, a mat, and some water.
