Can I Cancel My monthly Subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel any of our regular memberships at anytime before your next billing cycle. To cancel your monthly subscription, email us at email@example.com and let us know. If you are on the Perfect 10 Club Membership plan you have a 12 month contract from the initial date you sign up.
Do I need to bring water to my WORKOUT?
For our indoor workouts, we will provide a bottle of water for you during your workout. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own bottle. For our outdoor workouts, we ask that you bring your own water.
Do you have a shower at your studio?
Unfortunately, we do not have a shower. We do have a restroom in our studio and a place for you to change your clothes.
Is your studio Wheelchair ACCESSIBLE?
There is an elevator to the 3rd floor. However, there are 3 steps going from the hallway to the workout room that are not wheelchair accessible.
What is your session cancelation policy?
We ask that you give us a five (5) hour advance notice. Cancellations made within five (5) hours of your session will be charged as a session.
Do I have to reserve my spot for Small Group TRAINING?
