    In order for something new to come into our lives we have to give up something old. In order to reach your goals, what are you going to have to give up to get there?
    What are 3 things you can do each day to help you get closer to your goal?

    List 3 people who will be helping you in your journey. If you go ghost, we will contact them to find out where you've been hiding. Choose wisely! :-)

    Your Commitment To Yourself

     1. I WILL FOLLOW THE PROGRAM—I will do the entire program as suggested, including workouts, nutrition, personal development, daily checkins, weekly video chat, and beginning and monthly photos and measurements.
    2. I WILL LOG MY DAILY ACTIVITIES—I can do this by using the online system tracker each day or on paper/word doc and emailing it to train@dcfit10.com at the end of each week.
    3. I WILL SUBMIT MY PHOTOS AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH—I will upload my front, side right, side left, and back picture on the 1st of each month.
    4. I WILL SHARE MY EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL RESULTS—Along the way, I will experience “life changes” on more than just a physical level. It’s important that these are documented. You can journal and review it on your video chat, or you can submit it online.
    5. TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER, I WILL FINISH—I am making a 100% commitment. It is my duty to myself and others to FINISH by reaching my goal.
