Join us on Friday mornings for a workout break from your busy fitness schedules to focus on your Active Recovery. We have five spots available for our 50 minute sessions. During these sessions we focus on your individual needs in a group setting, not everyone will be doing the same thing at the same time. We work on flexibility, mobility, and stability. We switch between dynamic stretching, foam rolling, and power poses. You are welcome to wear your work clothes if you are heading right to work afterwards, or bring your workout clothes and change in our changing room. You will also be shoeless for these classes.
The class is specifically designed for people who are always going hard in their workouts and who can benefit tremendously from Active Recovery in their program design. Our classes are designed to help you relieve muscle tightness, alleviate muscle spasms, improve circulation, ease muscle discomfort, and help end your week strong!
You can either use your Small Group/Team Training session to book your spot or you can purchase a Foam Rolling Friday 4 Pack or single class pass. If you have trouble with booking please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
