Let's get ready to rumble!
No, my hair doesn't get better as the workout goes on. Yes, I mashed up three different boxing workouts to give you one great boxing set. Get ready to have some fun!

Week 8

This workout includes 5 blocks of fun. You'll work between a strength move and a cardio/core/plyo move. In between each block you'll have a 90 second burst of ploys. Have fun moving!

Week 9

50 Minutes of moving between Strength, Plyometrics/Cardio, and Core moves. Suggested equipment: 1 heavy and 1 medium weight
