help coach D get ready for her 40th birthday40 in 40 til D's 40!
The main focus is moving 40 minutes every day for 40 days... but of course we want to challenge you a little more. There will be 5 areas of focus (5 happens to be Coach D's favorite number, good thing it's not 81):
1) 40 days of movement - move minimum of 40 minutes each day. Yes, walking your dog counts. 2) 40 days of gratitude - write down one thing you are grateful for each day. Bonus: send a thank you card to someone (or multiple someone’s) in your life who you are thankful for having in your life. 3) 40 days of hydration - drink 1/2 gallon of water daily. Bonus: drink a full gallon. 4) 40 days of mind time - spend at least 10 minutes every day reading, meditating, journaling, drawing, dancing, being creative, etc. Bonus: do this outside while getting away from your technology. 5) 40 days of fun - find something that brings you joy each day. Smile more, stress less. All proceeds from this challenge will go to an organization that is randomly selected at the end of the challenge. Each challenger will nominate an organization and we will select one from the list.
