Bonus chance to earn extra points for your team: Run 5 miles and get 15 extra bonus points. Note: You cannot count the miles for this weeks weekly challenge as part of the 5 bonus miles. The 5 bonus miles must be in addition to the challenge.
The points are already added up for multiple activities. If you do something twice choose the second number, if you do it three times choose the third number. If you don't do anything in a category choose 0. You can fill out the form below each day or you can track your points on paper (downloadable template on bottom of page). For multiple day submissions, you will have to close your browser and reload in order to submit multiple days at once.
Don't forget you can get multiple points for each category so drink up, eat healthy, move a lot, and get your mind right!
Remember, you have the chance to earn extra points by winning the step challenge each week and/or completing our weekly challenge. If you do not have a fitbit, you can screenshot a picture of your end of the week steps and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
